1 year later


Over the past decade - the last year in particular - I have developed a lifestyle centered around health and fitness. I have learned a great deal, gained a large amount of experience and have sought out and discovered valuable fitness resources. Recently, soon after completing my Personal Training Specialist program, I achieved a long time goal of 5% body fat.

For those whom my journey and achievements inspire, I will use this blog as a means of passing on some of the knowledge I have gained down a long and difficult road; through failing countless times, before reaching my initial goals.
